FPV-DIY.com ("we," "us," or "our") stands behind the quality of our products. We are confident in the craftsmanship and materials used in every item we manufacture. This Warranty Policy explains the terms and conditions under which we provide warranty coverage for products purchased from our website [www.fpv-diy.com] (the "Site").
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
1. Warranty Coverage
We offer a limited warranty on all products purchased directly from FPV-DIY.com. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery (the "Warranty Period").
For the avoidance of doubt, "normal use" means use in accordance with the product's intended purpose and operating instructions, under typical operating conditions.
2. What Is Covered
During the Warranty Period, we will, at our sole discretion:

Repair the defective product at no charge;

Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished equivalent; or

Issue a refund for the purchase price of the defective product (excluding original shipping charges).
This warranty applies to:

3. What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

| Electrical misuse | Use of incorrect voltage, reversed polarity, or incompatible power sources. |
| Water / liquid damage | Exposure to moisture, water, or other liquids. |
| Normal wear and tear | Cosmetic wear, scratches, or degradation of consumable parts (e.g., propeller blades, battery connectors). |
| Unauthorized resale | Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or second-hand sources. |
| Force majeure | Damage caused by accidents, fire, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control. |
Additionally, consumable parts such as propellers, battery straps, and antenna cables are not covered under this warranty unless they are defective upon arrival (DOA).
4. Warranty Period

The Warranty Period begins on the date the product is delivered to you, as indicated by the tracking confirmation.
If a product is repaired or replaced under warranty, the warranty period for the replacement or repaired item shall be the remainder of the original Warranty Period or 90 days, whichever is longer.
5. Custom Orders and OEM/ODM Products
For custom orders (including OEM/ODM products):

The same 1-year warranty applies to custom products, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Custom specifications must be mutually agreed upon in writing. If the final product does not meet the agreed specifications, we will work with you to resolve the issue—this is not considered a warranty claim but a fulfillment issue.

If a custom product fails due to a design or specification requested by the customer, the warranty does not apply. However, if a failure occurs due to our manufacturing process, the standard warranty applies.

For large-volume OEM orders, warranty claims may be handled on a batch basis—please contact our sales team for a customized warranty agreement.
6. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact our customer support team at info@fpv-diy.com within the Warranty Period. Please include:

The product name/model.

A detailed description of the issue.

Clear photo(s) or video(s) showing the defect or malfunction.
Step 2: Our support team will review your claim and respond within 2–5 business days. We may request additional information or ask you to perform basic diagnostic tests (e.g., firmware reflash, connection checks) to confirm the defect.
Step 3: If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the defective product (if required).
Step 4: Ship the defective product back to us in accordance with the instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Step 5: Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you of the outcome and arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
7. Warranty Claim Costs

For valid claims, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs up to the equivalent of standard international shipping rates for the product weight. Expedited or express return shipping costs are not reimbursed unless pre-approved.
For claims deemed invalid (e.g., crash damage, user error), we will notify you and quote the cost of repair and return shipping before proceeding.
8. International Warranty
Our warranty applies to customers worldwide. However:

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our facility in China (as outlined in Section 7 above).

We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred during warranty returns.

For international warranty replacements, we will ship the replacement product to your original shipping address using standard shipping. Express shipping upgrades are available at an additional cost.
9. Warranty Transfers
This warranty is extended solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Warranty coverage does not apply to second-hand owners or products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
10. Limited Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy available to you for any defects in our products.

We shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to other equipment.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from country to country.
11. Disclaimer of Other Warranties
Except as expressly provided in this Warranty Policy, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
12. Pre-Shipment Testing
As a factory-direct supplier, we conduct rigorous quality control and testing on all products before shipment. We take photos and videos of your order packaging process upon request. This ensures that the products leave our facility in perfect working condition.
We recommend that you inspect and test all products immediately upon receipt to identify any potential issues early, as this helps us process claims more efficiently.
