B. Order Cancellation

If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

C. Minimum Order Quantity
We accept both sample orders and bulk orders. For bulk orders, please contact us directly for customized pricing and shipping arrangements.

4. Custom Orders and OEM/ODM Services

We offer customization services, including but not limited to custom logos, color schemes, and OEM/ODM frame or electronic configurations.

For custom orders:

  • A separate quotation and agreement may be required.

  • Custom order terms (including lead time, payment schedule, and specifications) will be mutually agreed upon in writing before production begins.

  • Custom orders may be non-refundable once production has commenced, unless the final product does not meet the agreed specifications.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
