Order Processing Time
We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. In-stock items are typically dispatched within 3 business days of order confirmation—often even sooner. If an item is temporarily out of stock or requires additional preparation, please allow up to one week for processing. During peak seasons (such as new product launches and major holidays), processing times may be extended by a few additional days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Destinations
We ship to virtually any address worldwide. However, please note that certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions and cannot be sent to some international destinations due to customs regulations or carrier policies.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times
We have a warehouse located in China. International deliveries typically take 7–15 business days, depending on the destination. Domestic orders are usually delivered within 3–7 days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. Please be aware that once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot control its routing or delivery speed. However, we are always here to assist you with tracking inquiries—just contact our support team.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, please note that you may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by your country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are determined by the destination country's regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@fpv-diy.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you are taken care of.
